Twilight's Elixir

Twilight's Elixir

Two goblets filled with twilight’s hue—
A crimson kiss—divine, subdued,
The blood of dawn in liquid form,
A nectar brewed where passions warm.
The fruit of dusk, in halves it bleeds,
A lover’s pulse—no mortal needs,
Yet in the glass it softly glows,
A whispered dream—no heart may know.
Two shadows dance, in chiaroscuro,
A sip of fire—sweet and sorrow,
In amber light, the glasses gleam,
Two souls entwined—within a dream.
Where love and citrus intertwine,
A taste of life—divine, refined,
In every drop—a sunset’s bloom,
Two glasses held—our hearts consume.
