Whispers Of The Eternal Sun

The sun, a molten eye,
Spilling amber over the restless tide,
Breathes its final sigh of the day,
Kissing the earth with threads of gold,
Before retreating to the cradle of night
The reeds, frail sentinels,
Bow to the wind's fleeting hymn,
Their whispers etched in silence,
Stories half-formed,
Half-forgotten, yet eternal.
Rocks, ancient and still,
Scarred by the tides' restless embrace,
Hold within their craggy depths
A memory too heavy for words,
A testament to centuries unseen.
The waters, mirrors of sky and soul,
Ripple with light’s delicate touch,
Carrying the sun’s farewell
To distant shores,
Where time dissolves into horizon's veil.
And there, in the quiet—
A pulse, a hum,
Life’s soliloquy woven between shadows,
Between the fading light and the coming dark,
A truth too vast to name.
For in this stillness,
We find the eternal—the fleeting—
The infinite wheel of beginnings and ends,
Where every sun dips low
Only to rise again.
