The Road To You

The Road to You

The road stretches, quiet and deep,
A path where shadows learn to weep.
Dusk drapes gold upon the land,
Yet night still reaches for my hand.

I walk beneath the solemn sky,
Your voice a whisper, passing by.
The wind, your breath upon my skin,
A touch once real, now lost within.

Love lingers in the space between,
In echoes soft, in skies unseen.
Though time has tried to pull apart,
You still remain—you are my heart.

And so I walk, not bound by past,
Not fearing time, nor shadows cast.
For love like ours will never fade,
A flame that even night obeyed.

This life is brief, a fleeting spark,
Yet I will love through light and dark.
Not chasing ghosts, nor days undone,
But holding now—the only one.

So here I stand, embrace in grace,
Not lost in time, but in this place.
For in each breath, I find anew,
This road, this love—it leads to you.
