Twilight in the Land of Stillness

Sometimes, all I need is a glimpse of the sky and silence wrapped in old rooftops.
This photo felt like a message.

Twilight in the Land of Stillness

The sky cracked open with the last light,
and the silent rooftops held a prayer.
The wind hung its greeting
on clouds too shy to say goodbye.

At the edge of day and night,
I found peace in your silhouette—
an ancient temple that spoke no words,
yet taught me how to listen to silence.

My steps stopped there,
not from weariness,
but because my heart knew,
someone once left this view
for my poetry.
